What’s the plan?
We begin gently on 1st September, which also just happens to be my birthday. That means you’ll have all the magic and consistent encouragement of a Virgo leading you through this powerful Virgo season!
You start by creating your altar, and exploring some simple grounding practices. The most powerful part of our time together will then come in the 14 days between the full and new moon, and the lunar and solar eclipses (from 7- 21 Sept). During this fortnight, the invitation is to use the practices I share. To spend a few healing minutes each day connecting to the ocean, your intuition and inner wisdom.
This is your time to gently arrive, and create your sanctuary space, allowing the energies to start supporting you. You will set up an Ocean Altar at home, and settle into a simple regular practice.
You’ll explore how it feels to bring a regular altar pause to your day. The practices I share during this time can be done in whatever time you have available, from one minute to an hour. You can take your time to join us and begin any time you wish in that first week.
In the second week, You’ll be guided through practices that support you to SURRENDER and release; softening and letting go, putting down and offering up whatever feels heavy right now.
We will call on the energies of a powerful full moon lunar eclipse Ocean Ritual to support you to surrender (as an active choice to soften, not as ‘giving up’).
You will choose to let go of whatever no longer serves you – old patterns, beliefs, fears and behaviours. Or perhaps your deepest need will simply be to allow the sea to hold your current burdens for a while – those that cannot be released – so that you can take a few breaths, and find lightness within.
In the third week, you’ll be guided through practices to deepen your capacity to RECEIVE; opening up, gathering strength, and clearing space for new intentions.
As we move towards the energies of a powerful new moon partial solar eclipse, we will begin to invite in the sea’s support to guide you to receive. We will bring your awareness to your gifts in order to expand these, and define a clear intention for the new moon.

Reiki Healing
I’ll share some distance reiki healing for you to access as support at your Ocean Altar. When you pause to tune in here, you can also access this healing to help you to surrender. The reiki also allows you to practice deeply receiving.
Ocean Rituals
Behind the scenes, I will also hold two Ocean Rituals for the group (privately, by the sea, you won’t need to attend these). On 7 September, I will take your burdens with me down to the sea to be released; and then on 21 September, I will share your intentions to be called in.
Our time will culminate with the new moon and partial solar eclipse, building your capacity to step into all you’ve made space for.

In these love letters, I’ll offer gentle daily reminders to come back to yourself, to your intuition, and to the ocean within. I’ll share practices that can ground you in our time together. Mantras and embodied rituals to guide you onwards. Easy activities that you can try at your Ocean Altar.

What is an Ocean Altar?
An Ocean Altar is a space to pause and connect to the sacred, to the sea, and to your inner knowing.
In these Ocean Altar offerings, we explore three types of Ocean Altar together:
1. The Ocean Altar that you create in your own home.
This can be as simple as a seashell and a candle, or more detailed: you decide. The most important thing is that this is a place of sanctuary in your home: somewhere that you can pause for a couple of minutes daily to connect to the sea. I’ll share 14 days of very simple practices that support you to surrender and receive.
2. The Ocean Altar that you feel or sense within you.
This is a place of ocean sanctuary that you find within your own heart. The more you visit, the more possible it is to connect to your ocean intuition, to listen and receive. Our daily practices will help you to tend this space, and deepen your capacity to pause here in the peace.
3. The Ocean Altar that I hold for you here in Cornwall.
As you journey at your home Ocean Altar, I will be holding ceremony for us all here by the sea – our literal Ocean Altar. While you won’t be with me in person, you will be with me in spirit. Here, aloud to the waves, I will name you, your fears to release, and your intentions to pursue.
On the full moon and lunar eclipse, I will carry what we each wish to release to the water in a simple ritual. I will call on the sea to guide us in letting go, and surrendering.
On the new moon and partial solar eclipse, I will call in support for you from the sea, and offer your intentions to the water.
