Can I send my order to a friend?
Yes, absolutely. Just contact us with your friend’s address as soon as you have placed your order, and we will redirect your order to them.
What are the POSTAGE COSTS and DELIVERY TIMES?
UK – delivery times: In general, we use Royal Mail second class postage (as the most eco-friendly option), and aim to get your parcel to you within 3 to 4 working days (we can’t process orders on a Saturday at the moment, Monday to Friday are the 5 working days for us). If your parcel is urgent, let us know and we will do our best to get it to you sooner.
UK – postage costs: If you are sending your parcel within the UK, the standard second class postage cost added to your order will be £3.75 for an order of any size. However, if you are only ordering up to 5 copies of the Sea Soul Blessings mini book (printed version) or a pack or two of postcards, the postage cost is £2.
Europe (Royal Mail – EU) – delivery times: If you’re in Europe, you can order some of our products via our Etsy shop. The Sea Soul Journeys Oracle Cards are also available at all major online retailers, such as Amazon.
US and Canada (Royal Mail – World Zone 1) – delivery times: We use Royal Mail International Standard postage, and aim to get your parcel to you within 7-9 working days.
US and Canada (Royal Mail – World Zone 1) – postage costs: The cost of postage to the US and Canada varies depending on parcel size and weight. When you add a product to your cart, and enter your postcode, the postage cost will be calculated for you.
IMPORTANT: please note that US and Canada postage costs do not include additional domestic import tax, which may be applied by countries outside of the EU. Please check your local regulations prior to purchase.
Anywhere else: We can post to Australia and other countries not listed above. Just contact us and we will work out the postage and timeframe for you.
What if my parcel doesn’t arrive?
If your parcel hasn’t arrived in the timeframe detailed above, then please contact us here and we will investigate with Royal Mail. If the parcel is lost, we will send you a replacement product.
What if my purchase is damaged?
If your product arrives in a damaged condition, or you find yourself unhappy with your product in some way during the first 14 days after the product’s arrival with you, please let us know immediately.
If the product is damaged when it arrives, we will issue you with a replacement product.
What if I decide I don’t like my purchase?
We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase from us.
If you wish to cancel your order for a physical product (the gift set, cards, book), you can do so within 14 days of its arrival. Simply contact us here to let us know.
You will need to return the goods to us in the condition in which you received them, using the packaging in which they arrived (return postage is at your own cost).
As soon as we receive the goods, we will reimburse your original purchase costs.

How environmentally friendly are Sea Soul Blessings?
We’re constantly working to become as sustainable as possible in all we do as a small business.
Our Sea Soul Blessings original gift set is now entirely recyclable and made from mostly recycled materials. It’s also vegan and plastic-free.
We produce and distribute our Sea Soul Blessings gift sets from one UK location, using Royal Mail as the most sustainable current delivery solution.
Our Inspiration for Sea Souls postcard prints are printed on recycled card stock and packaged in a tin which is recyclable and reusable. The tissue paper we wrap the products in is FSC but not recycled – but it’s leftover from an order I did years ago, so this is a much better use than wasting it. If I buy again, it will be from a recycled source. As this is a test run, the postcard prints aren’t yet produced and distributed in one location.
We package our products to post out to you in sustainable and reusable packaging.
