Today, I recorded a 4 minute meditation by the sea for you. It’s simple, and quiet, and soothing – moments captured on a misty morning in Mount’s Bay, Cornwall.
Allow the sea to fill you up.
To soothe you and teach you.
Use this time to be kind to yourself.
To tune into your body, the ocean, and your strength.
To become clear about what matters.
We need to remember that the pause is progress.
We rest in the lulls, and rise with the waves.
